We encourage and permit hyperlinks to content on Gloriscope.com, with the exception of the so-called “hotlinks.”

You generally do not need to request our permission to establish a text link that links back from your website, e-mail or e-newsletter to the Gloriscope.com web site. We reserve the right however, to withdraw permission for any link or links, at any time and at our sole discretion.

Be advised that we cannot guarantee that every link to Gloriscope.com will work every time or in future. We are free to change, at any time, without notice and at our sole discretion, the permalink or other URL address of any Gloriscope Content or to move any Gloriscope Content into the archives on the Site, into a Registration Area or into a Premium Area of the Site.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LINKING

If you want to link to Gloriscope.com, please read and comply with the following “Terms and Cconditions of Linking to Gloriscope.com” and with all applicable laws.

A website, e-newsletter, e-book or other service that links to Gloriscope.com:

1. may link to the homepage of Gloriscope.com, but it may deeplink to other Gloriscope.com pages only on an ad hoc, non-systematic basis;

2. may not, without our prior written permission, frame or hotlink* any of the content of the Site, or incorporate into another website or other service any of our material, content or intellectual property.

3. must not misrepresent its relationship with 4T4C or Gloriscope.com or present false or misleading information about 4T4C or Gloriscope.com;

4. must not, without a prior written permission from 4T4C, in any way state or imply that 4T4C or Gloriscope.com endorses, sanctions, encourages, supports, promotes, sponsors, recommends or agrees with it or its products, services, information, causes, beliefs, philosophies, opinions, or ideas;

5. may not use the Gloriscope.com content for inappropriate commercial purposes;

6. may display 4T4C or Gloriscope.com logotypes (”Logos”) on its own website, e-newsletter, e-book or other own service along with Gloriscope.com content, but may not otherwise use any 4T4C trademarks or service marks without a prior written permission from 4T4C;

7. may not remove, distort or otherwise alter the size or appearance of the Logos;

8. may not frame or utilize framing techniques that involve any trademark, logo, copyrighted material or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of any portion of Gloriscope.com without our express written consent;

9. must not be a site or service that contains content that could be construed as distasteful, offensive, or indecent;

10. must not be a site or service that infringes any intellectual property or that otherwise does not comply with all relevant laws and regulations;

* “Hotlinking” is the placing of an image or other linked object from the source website into a web page belonging to the receiving website. When content from the source website is automatically downloaded, incorporated and displayed by the receiving website, the receiving site is said to have a “hotlink” to the source site. Hotlinking is also known as “inline linking,” “direct linking,” “stealing bandwidth,” and “leeching.”

4T4C expressly reserves the right to (a) require that any link in breach of the above terms of linking be removed, and/or (b) to take whatever other action 4T4C deems appropriate to deal with any such link.

PLEASE NOTE THAT, IN ADDITION AND WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO OUR LEGAL RIGHTS TO RESTRICT THE TYPES OF USE REFERRED TO ABOVE, THESE RESTRICTIONS ON LINKING ARE ALSO CONTRACTUAL IN NATURE AND BIND ALL USERS OF THE GLORISCOPE.COM SERVICE.
